It’s raining and we’re made of sugar. But sugars, you’re still getting your workout on today. Here it is:
1 min. (or max) handstand (or headstand) hold against the wall
7 tuck jumps
12 pushups
7 rounds.
After round 2, do 15 air squats
After round 4, do 15 air squats
After round 6, do 15 air squats
After round 7, get your time and post to the comments that completed this, plus exhortations to others to get theirs in.
Then shake your arms out and do 16 pushups to get your 100 total for the day.
Remember that tomorrow is Long Run Sunday with J-Star, meeting at 10:30 in Charis.

17:19 was my time. Lots of struggles with the headstands, but I got it done! 🙂

came in at 16:33. and yes, gawd for those handstands. great way to spend my writing break.
