For Thursday, it’s 50 squats and done.Five cues for you to cycle through:
(1) weight in heels;
(2) push butt back;
(3) get down low;
(4) shove knees out;
(5) tall chest up.
Go through those cues 10 times and you’ll be done. Amazing, isn’t it? No! It’s not amazing; you’re amazing.
We’re tallying the team points tomorrow, so do your part.

No squats till the inner quads beast up, so I did five sets of yesterday’s, total 60 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and five sets of the PT exercises.

done- creaky knees and all. they cracked the whole time, but it was OK- I also biked 8 miles today. on the up- team running for the revolution! Alas- i am attending a friends funeral on saturday morning, so i won’t make it! there in spirit! love.
