This is the last week of our first 30-day challenge, so let’s get these in and get them done: our Monday challenge is 10, 20, 30, and 40 squats. Do the first set of 10 when as early as you can – it’s just 10 and a great way to wake up. Then take a moment to think through your day and decide on some kind of regular-ish schedule for doing the rest of the sets throughout the day. At the top of every hour, for example. Or the bottom of every odd-numbered hour (9:30, 11:30, 1:30, etc.). When you get to 40 squats, you’ve completed the challenge and can let us know you’re done.

OR, you can decide to keep on going, continuing on the schedule you set. The sets after the 40 squats (if you choose to continue) go 30, 20, 10, 20, 30, 40, 30, 20…

The bonus sets are purely for your own pleasure. Because what are squats but a great pleasure?! No extra point for doing them, but do let us know if you went into bonus rounds.
