We’re at Brownwood Park, and Coach Shae will be on deck to take you through a workout that includes kettlebells, dumbbells, AND an a bar. No, not the kind with vodka. The kind that olympic weightlifters use to put prodigious amounts of weight over their heads.

Glo will also have the first tally of the team points. Get your people together and get to the workout – there are 1 point differences between some teams.
