We are in the last few days of our first 30-day Squats + Pushups = Life is Amazing challenge. We promised you “a gorgeous squat, lots of push-ups, and an amazing life.”

So. Is your squat gorgeous? Do you have lots of push-ups? Is your life amazing?

The Thursday challenge is to do 5 sets of 20 pause squats, squatting as you normally do, but pausing at the bottom of each squat for 1-2 seconds as you ponder these questions. You can do them all at once or spread out through the day, but do think about the gorgeousness of your squat on the first set, the improvements in your push-ups during the second set, and for each of the last 3 sets, something about your life that is truly amazing.
