Here’s the nice: pushups and high jumps
Here’s the simple: 50 of each.
You can do this vanilla (50 straight pushups, 50 straight high jumps) or rainbow sparkle flavor (50 different kinds of pushups and 50 high jumps in 50 different places throughout the day,whilst wearing a mankini), or anything in between. Photodocumentary evidence of exotic locales or interesting high jump targets encouraged on the FB page.
