Welcome to The Big Here and Now, the third of our three 30 day challenges. At Tuesday’s practice, Zahra gave us our Sun Salutation primer, so what better time to start than now? Wednesday’s challenge:

As early in the day as possible, 2 sun salutations.

Then anytime:

30-second inversion (handstand; feet on a chair, butt up and walk your hands back under your shoulders; or down dog)
10 pushups
8 situps (V-ups if you’d like)
6 slow pushups
4 situps
2 SUPER slow pushups

5 rounds, either all in a row or throughout the day.
