Welcome to The Big Here and Now, the third of our three 30 day challenges. At Tuesday’s practice, Zahra gave us our Sun Salutation primer, so what better time to start than now? Wednesday’s challenge:
As early in the day as possible, 2 sun salutations.
Then anytime:
30-second inversion (handstand; feet on a chair, butt up and walk your hands back under your shoulders; or down dog)
10 pushups
8 situps (V-ups if you’d like)
6 slow pushups
4 situps
2 SUPER slow pushups
5 rounds, either all in a row or throughout the day.

Done…. a helpful hint. Breathing in on the down of the push up and breathing out as you push up out of the push up helps a whole lot.

Slipping in as the door closes. Had a long travel day but got these in (minus sun salutations) at the gym tonight after a much-needed lift session/bar therapy.
