We’re heading into our final two weeks of QF92, where we’re going to kick things up a notch to finish strong. In preparation, our Sunday challenge:
Go do something ridiculously, unconscionably fun.
Tell us what you did in the comments. 1 point for fun, 2 points for ridiculously fun. Assign yourself your point(s) in the comments.

I think mine will come tonight. I will walk to my pal’s house a few blocks away to watch WALKING DEAD with my crew. But I will behave as a zombie the whole way.
Well, minus the eating part. Probably.

Yup. Did it. But I was disappointed that no one stopped to ask me if I was okay…
On the other hand, maybe my acting was so superlative that all the people in passing cars were just terrified that the apocalypse had begun.
I was…tempted…by the roadkill on the side of the road…but it was old and no longer bloody and yummy…
In any case, I think I deserve two points for what was surely a Tony award winning performance of street theater.

Same page as you Cindy but heading to see Game of Throne at the Fox all dolled up, in heels and lipstick (WAH!?) –> personally, I think this should get two points because you know this show got sex and death and it’s at the Fox which looks like they transported a palace from the Mughal times in South Asian to Atlanta, GA…now I’m just rambling – really want those points. And hopefully some folks smiled too !

Sorry, nothing fun today. Just grocery shopping, laundry, a nap and conference call.

^^ Queerfit adventure in the unicorn forest. There were waterfalls, hollowed-out owl trees, 37-yr old bottle caps, and even a mermaid getting her photo taken. 2 points for sure.

ok so i was feeling all sad, not just from a family friend’s funeral yesterday, but also because my “fun” thing was studying all day (still going). BUT then I realized this is my dream to be in school and it was a true MIRACLE that I am able to do it. so there’s my fun thing!

Ok. I was feeling rather sick today. Sore throat. Run down. So that’s where my fun baseline comes in. But I pretty much took the whole day off. Watched TV. Laid on the couch. The ridiculously fun part was playing fetch with Stuart for about 15 minutes. He was trotting around like a horse. Then I made a big pot of noodle soup. I’m giving myself a 2. Because even though I wasn’t warrior dashin or something else. I really took a full day off from everything and just vegged the f out. And that felt pretty good. Hot damn!

Fun- I took myself on a hike up Stone Mtn. Superfun- I decided to climb the mtn twice. On the second trip, I took a secret path through the woods while singing along to an old school Chicago house mix. Got a lil lost… adding to the superfun!

1 point for me. Went to a conference, learned some stiff met some people. Then came home and had a margarita and a cupcake and caught up on hulu.

@Monaco = yes!!! 2 points for humor
@Joc = I need to know about this secret trail of which you speak
I had a lot of fun going to greektown in chicago on our independence day w/ a parade and going in on some food w two non greek friends thus introducing them to our culinary deliciousness. Double fun: seated next to a new friend on the plane home and had a deep heart to heart. Then went and got food with her. Double food = double points.

My regular fun was changing my nephew’s diaper and NOT finding a hershey squirt and the DOUBLE fun was him punching me in the jaw because he was ready to eat again! He’s an honorary QF member, though – that boy was born with defined biceps, deltoids and calf muscles!

moderate fun today. a five hour meeting may not read fun, but when it’s to develop a passion project, and organizing with people considered family and graham crackers to finish up the potluck meal…there are things less fun. also sat and had a meal and watched a dreamy movie with my people. making time for that and starting my spring cleaning was not the definition of fun but i’ll take a point for allowing myself to reflect on my life through a sunny lense.

Ok…I’m late on this so I think I only deserve a 1 (if you’ll still have me!). Superfun was making homemade veggie burgers to bring to my niece’s family birthday party and watching her freak out over all her gifts and company because she was already sugared out from going to some other kid’s birthday party earlier! Super un-fun was slicing my pinky while cleaning my food processor.
