After the AMAZING getting down displayed in your clips of Thursday’s challenge, the Friday challenge gets us down in another way. Start with 7 sun salutations first thing in the morning.

Then when you’re ready to get down, stretch out your wrists a bit and do:

20 mountain climbers each leg
20 seconds or so in a down dog
20 pushups
20 seconds or so in a down dog
20 pushups
20 seconds or so in a down dog
20 “steps” of a bear crawl

stand up, stretch, turn around, then face the other direction and repeat

Switch up your hand position in the pushups, so you don’t burn out, and as always it’s OK to break them up into sets of 5 or so. If you want to be extra special, kick up into a handstand instead of the down dogs. Or, you can Find Full-Body Joy in Downward Facing Dog by really getting into the pose.
