Monday’s challenge: start with 5 sun salutations. Then throughout the day:

1000 lunge steps (500 each leg).

You can either count the lunge steps (good luck with that – you’ll need to figure out how you’re going to keep count), or you can simply lunge step everywhere tomorrow and count the number of people who ask you what the hell you’re doing.
