My workout today is gonna be a QueerFit Greatest Hits medley. Starting the day with this routine and repeating it throughout the day to stay energized and connected.
7 Sun Salutations
1 minute bear crawl
7 pushups (perfect form, chest to ground)
I love sun salutations. Zahra turned us on to these during QF92 and they’re a staple when I feel tired or stressed or need to wind up or down. Nothing like starting the day reaching your fingertips up to touch the sunrise and bringing sunbeams down to your toes. Bear crawls are a thing we do often at QFit, but during a recent retreat in the mountains, I accidentally (if there’s such a thing in this universe) tapped into my inner bear and it’s been very empowering to incorporate bear-ness in my life. Pushups are just a thing that are very hard for me to do and I resist them, so here they are.

Mine was just 50 pushups and 50 V-ups.
And I love the sun salutations, too.
