Here we go! If you’re part of the QF92 cohort, we’ll see you at Brownwood Park tomorrow morning for the first day of this grand adventure. If you have them, bring:

  • a yoga mat
    a pair of dumbbells

Bring extras if you have extras, and it’s not a problem at all if you don’t have either. Also, bring gloves if you want – the rain will hold off, but the ground will be damp.

If you’re not part of the QF92 cohort but you’re playing along remotely, here’s your Saturday workout –

30 second plank hold
15 squats
10 sit-ups
5 push-ups

1 round as a warm-up
30 seconds rest, then
5 rounds straight through fast-ish
