Our Wednesday challenge, for 1 point:
3 sun salutations, then –
3 rounds of:
12 push-ups…just a little deeper than you’ve been doing them
30 second plank…squeezing your butt, hard
30 second inversion (down-dog, single arm handstand, or anything in between)
If your butt’s not shaking during your plank, squeeze harder.
Later in the day, add a booster shot of delicious to your late afternoon with another 2 rounds.

Done. Had to do all five rounds together, can’t do more later. Chose to do a wall inversion for the first three, but needed to do downward dog for the last two. Thought this was a lax move, but actually the down dog ended up relieving my sore wrists and stretching my calves instead. Woop! #teamplanktified

Monica, whoa on the squats if your knees hurt. If it’s hours quads or hamstrings that are sore, squat away. But if your knees are bothering, wait until we can take a look at your mechanics before squatting again.

#done did all five rounds together because I didn’t have alot of time together. Still a bit sick, so breathing is difficult. I held the plank and inversion for 40 secs last round!
