The challenge, for 1 point, in any order and preferably scattered throughout the day:

5 sun salutations

2 minutes total accumulated at the bottom of a squat, knees pressed out, chest high, weight on your heels

10 arm circles forward and back each arm and 10 big hugs

3 times during the day,get into a downward facing dog or pigeon pose 

If you were at Tuesday’s relay race workout, no burpees. Everyone else, your Wednesday challenge ends with 20 burpees.

That’s it. Now go grab your Wednesday by it’s Liberace lapels and shake it so hard the rhinestones all fall off and all around you now is a pool of bright shiny twinkles so you might as well do 20 squats. Then get on with your day.
