To start the year of the fire monkey off right (and trust me on this one – you really want to start the year of the fire monkey off right), do the challenge and earn your team a point:
Immediately after getting out of bed – 3 super deliberate, 100% present sun salutations. Then, anytime during the day…
1 minute plank hold
1 minute of mountain climbers
1 minute wall sit
1 minute of squats
1 minute inversion (down dog, handstand hold, etc.)
1 minute of bear crawling
30 sec. plank hold
30 sec. mountain climbers
30 sec. wall sit
30 sec. squats
30 sec. inversion (down dog, handstand hold, etc.)
30 sec. bear crawling
then pick one static hold (plank, wall sit or inversion) and do a max hold.
For your point, let us know your hold and your time.
