Black ice is the only thing that can waylay a QF92 workout. So our group workout is cancelled and Tuesday’s workout will be done from home.
It’s a tough one. You’re going to need really good music. Beyonce, Big Freedia, etc. First, figure out a 14 minute playlist. Then…
Turn your music up really loud. Then as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes of
7 seconds of a reverse plank of some kind (this or this or, if you have a Bboy background, this or any of these)
10 push-ups
15 squats with dance moves
21 tuck jumps – land like ninja
2 points for completion, and a 3d point for posting photo or vid to facebook of your dance move squats.
GET. IT. IN!
