5 rounds of:
15 squats
10 weighted squats, weight held against chest or at shoulders
5 one armed overhead squats, with a dumbbell or some other kind of weight
3 slow and deliberate and gorgeous triple push-up burpees
Spend 2 minutes resting/stretching through 3 sun salutations
