The challenge today is to do no push-ups. Here goes:

Start the day with 5 sun salutations

Anytime during the day, set a timer for 4 minutes. Get into a handstand hold against the wall. When you come down, go into a plank and hold. When you break your plank, go immediately into a wall sit. If you come out of the wall sit before the 5 minutes is up, do push-ups for the remaining time, in sets of 5.

Sometime later in the day, repeat. If you did no push-ups earlier, add 1 minute to the total time. If you did push-ups, stay at 5 minutes.

Then later still in the day, when you’re watching tv or clicking mindlessly through the internet, go again. As before, if you had to do push-ups, stay at the same time as last time. If you got through without doing push-ups, add a minute.

Point of performance to watch: on the wall sit, your thighs need to be parallel to the floor. And your hands are not on your knees propping yourself up.
