I thought I’d posted this yesterday but now I see it’s still sitting in the “write a post” box. So yesterday’s challenge, which is now today’s challenge, has the possibility of 2 points. 

Point 1 goes like this:

Drink 2 glasses of water 

Do 5 sun salutations

Mark off 15 feet (outdoors if possible)

Bear walk point A to B, hold a one-hand-opposite-foot plank for a count of 10, then do 5 push-ups

Lunge point B to A, hold the active bottom of a squat for a count of 10, then do 5 squats

7 rounds, which can be done all at once or split up throughout the day. Load your lunges – holding weights by your side, over your head, etc – if possible.

Drink a glass of water. 

Then for a second point:

Write a list of 10 things, people, situations for which you’re grateful. Share 3 of them in the comments to grab an extra point for your team.
