We’re bending the points today, with a total of 5 possible points. Here’s the breakdown:
Come to Brownwood Park for our 10:00 workout, for 3 points.
Be outside a total of 2 hours (the 1 hour workout counts as part of the 2 hours) for an additional 1 point.
Be outside a total of 3 hours or more for an additional 1 point.
That’s right, you can come to QF and then swing in a hammock for 2 hours and earn your team 5 points today. Perhaps the least challenging challenge yet, but the one that will make you happy as clams.

Yup. Brownwood Park plus about another three hours… walking dogs, cleaning gutters, burying the dog poop in the yard, repairing my lawn mower (oh, yeah, baby), hanging up clean clothes to dry, doing MC work, reading, breathing. Really grand. Thanks, Kung Li.

After QF I did 2+ hours outside cleaning, racking up old leaves, chatting it up with my 14 year old neighbor, and planting! #yahbaby!

Came to the park and then hiked Arabia Mountain for three hours until dusk! This was the best challenge because I felt a little lazy, but wanted to get these points! #datscute
