Done. Outside. In the cold. I did modified push ups and switched to dips when needed to accommodate pain. I ran and walked. I enjoyed listening to my body and pushing myself a bit.

Done in the backyard–brisk wind is so nice for hot flashes. Did regular push-ups, the various tap push-ups, and the staggered push-up. And walked/ran around the yard, playing “Gon’ Getcha” with Kiza (alpha dog), which involves running and various basketball moves.

Walked on the beltline but got side tracked by conversation and ice cream and ended up doing the workout later indoors :). Knees, std, hand tap, front single arm raise, T at the end. #nolabels
