Today’s challenge is to accumulate 15 minutes at the bottom of a squat, in an inversion, or holding a plank.
Simple.
The only rule is that at least 5 minutes must be at the bottom of a squat. Knees out, proud chest, heels down. The 15 minutes can be done all at once or broken up throughout the day, in any order.
Let us know in the comments how you made it happen. If you included a max hold in the mix, let us know how long you held what.
Good luck and have fun!

Done during a 2 hour Friday afternoon conference call that went 30 minutes over! Spent 10 of my minutes in plank. Max hold was just over 3 minutes. #nolabels

Same as Jodi – did this in a very long conference call. Started with plank but then somebody asked me a question lol. Stuck with down dog/squat mix while other people talked. Max squat hold 1.5 mins (strict Shae style lol). #planktified

Oh my bad. Most of my time was spent in plank and squat. Some inversions too. Max hold was plank at 2.5 min.

And done. That was fun 🙂 alternated between squat and plank, then incorporated wide legged forward bends and down dogs, and ended with a headstand and legs up the wall. Yum.
